Pgh Apartment Management company looking for a motivated, professional, organized leasing agent Responsibilities include all aspects of the leasing process including, scheduling appointments, conducting property tours, following up on leads and phone calls, processing rental applications and signing leases.
Applicant must also have computer knowledge and be familiar with maintenance software program in order to process applications, enter work orders, review tenant ledgers and send tenant correspondence. Applicant is also expected to perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
90 day probationary period -Compensation based on experience. 401K and health benefits available after probation period.
