1br Roommate Wanted in Glenside! No Preference in Williamsport, Pennsylvania For Sale

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment with. It's a one bedroom with the living room converted into 'my' room, I'm looking for someone to claim the bedroom. It has a built-in closet and it's on the 2nd floor of a duplex. The kitchen/bathroom is the 'living area'. There is a basement with ample storage and a Washer/Dryer in the basement that is just ours. I have one cat. It's conveniently located next to the Ardsley and North Hills train stations as well as many pizza places, markets, Chinese places, a CVS, Subway, Pretzel Factory, etc. The rent is $412.50 each person plus $20 for the Wifi.
