I'm looking for a room, furnished or unfurnished, carpet or hardwood. In a house, apartment, apartment complex, duplex or triplex. Must be clean, safe and pest free. I don't mind animals (I love cats!). I can do short or long term lease. I am looking to move between March 25th and March 30th, xxxx. I'm a caring individual and pretty flexible person. I've lived on my own and have been a roommate before, so l know how to be respectful & considerate of living spaces. I'm a performing artist & creative, fun individual but I also need & enjoy quiet times. I work a flexible schedule: 30 to 40 hours weekly in Retail and workstudy(administrative). I'm a PT Theater Major. My affordability is $400-$600 monthly (including utilities). I prefer no more than one roomie. My township preferences are Wyncote, Glenside, Jenkintown, Abington, Cheltenham & Roslyn. However, I am not opposed to Philly (Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, West Oak Lane, East Oak Lane).
